Help ID Dutch? Cup #2

Please help identify maker of this Dutch? cup. There is a date of 1747 under what appears to be some type of animal. Thank you.

Yes it is Russian and made in Moscow 1747 by an unknown master НД (Latin ND) 1738-1747. The assayer is AK (?) most likely Anisim Grigorjev Kuzmin 1741~1751. The "animal" is Saint George riding a horse and slaughtering a dragon. It is Moscow's town crest.
