Help with a ring, please

Hello All,

I saw an old thread with the same hallmarks as this ring but there was no conclusive maker for it (here is the old thread: http://925-1000.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=23045)

I thought I would ask again, and I hope that the hallmark pic is clear enough. It looks like "STE" with an anchor at the centre, and "F", 925/000 in a shield.

I would very much appreciate any help - thank you in advance!

Is there any info on the other hallmark? As in, is it actually a Maker's Mark or just a standard mark? I have never seen it before.
