Help I.D. hallmark for country was made Norway???????

Can someone help me I.D.this country?? it's a 12 loth maybe maker,thank you so much for the help.Finally got the picture loaded praise God.thanks R.Weatherford

Here are 2 more pictures of the 2 spoons one only has W.P, (??callosum??) and 12L.maybe this'll help.I can't find the center hallmark for town/country.

May have found maker but somewhat confusing "WILLIAM PUGH"MAKER MARK AND BOX MATCHE'S,HE SOMETIME DOUBLE HALLMARKED HIS WARE'S.THE town/country mark looks as though it's a hallmark over a hallmark Why???,why is it not english marked??? import/export. the W.P. rectangle box,even corners match???

Mind my asking, what is confusing? You got the answer from Theoderick. The spoon has an rather ordinary marking for being made in Denmark. The maker WP is as mentioned a Dane, Wolfgang Petersen, active in the town of Haderslev 1825-1851. He was born in 1800 and died 1883 in Copenhagen. Your spoon has nothing to do with UK or English silver marks.
