Need help with one more item...Hallmark? silver?

Ok...onemore. I need help with this hallmark. Not sure if its silver? goldplated? are they baby spoons? salt spoons? there are 8 of them. They are 3.5 inches long

Both the two-tower and "P" marks indicate Danish silverplate, they're probably demitasse spoons.
