I found these spoons...need help on hallmark

Hello,

I found these spoons. I need help with the hallmar. not sure what kind of spoons they are...baby? salt? there are 8 of them. Not sure if it's silver plate or gold plate. They are about 3 inches long. The marks say EX PR NS

EX = Extra
PR = Prima (means very fine)
NS = New Silver

Your picture isn't showing up for me, but feel sure that Hose-dk is correct, they're most likely Scandinavian silverplate on alpaca (nickel silver).
