Which Admiral drank tea from this set?

Presented below tea set is of squarish design, to secure it safely on the rolling seas.
Made by Henry Stratford and assayed in Sheffield Assay Office in 1893, that is in the times
when Britannia used to rule the waves.
Can we tell, from the crest on the side, which Admiral or which illustrious ship it would
be assigned to serve?

The crest is to the coat of arms for the Trinity House Guild of Fraternity, now it is just called Trinity House. They were chartered by King Henry VIII to license pilots for safety on His Majesty's rivers and streams (as opposed to the open seas) and create lighthouses. They have their own website. Many thanks, Trinity House crest it is. Hoped for somebody like Adm.Jellicoe of the First World War fame but will settle for some pilot of a barge on the river Thames now. Well, c'est la Vie.
