Request for help on Dutch hallmarks please

Hello can anyone help with the following hallmarks,
The tea set I was told was from the Netherlands era 1850s
I could find the following but any extra information would be great
The dolphin/fish mark is present 1853-1893
The loin Passant mark 2nd standard purity min 833/1000 ?
It also has the Austria -Hungary import mark 1891-1901
Is the crown with the 2 stars Amsterdam?

Any extra help would be great

The Dutch dolphin mark; the 1859 duty mark for new unguaranteed objects of national origin. This mark was used on all new silver objects below legal standard of fineness, those with non-precious metal additions, and on new heavily gold or silver plated objects, as long as the average precious metal content after melting with the base metal was at least 250/1000. It was also struck on rejected objects which had been submitted at lowest standard of fineness. In that case the maker had to choose between destruction or ‘unguaranteed’ marking.
In those days the lowest minimum Dutch standard silver 833/1000 fineness or 83.3% pure silver (2nd standard). However during Austria-Hungarian Empire the lowest minimum legal standards used : 800/1000 and 750/1000 or 80% and 75% pure silver
