Unknown maker 02

Hi all -
have a nice enamel cloisonné cigarette case with a Bogatyr scene, gold thumbpiece and blue saphire cabochon pushbutton.
The maker, as far as I have identified him is unknown. Maybe someone can tell me who he is?

I have understood that it would be Mihail Pavlovitch Ovtshinnikov but I have no proofs....you can see the remains of the kokoshnik hallmark 8(8). Mihail died in 1915, so maybe?
Cannot do any better...

Hi -
Since the box is of excellent quality, I have always had the suspicion that the manufacturer is someone known. Another collector also told me once it was M. Ovtschinnikov - but I was skeptical.
This is good news and solves a riddle of many years.
