Fake Dutch hallmarks? help wanted

Here I have a serving plate, which look to me to be fake Dutch hallmarks, have anyone seen them before?
Maker: Looks like Begeer, and upside down Begeer again
Material: Lion passant, overstruck with V for Unknown foreign. (does this mean someone later tested it as silver?)
Assay: The strangest ever doesnt look good
Yearmark: X which would indicate 1932

Hi Tux,

The name BEGEER, in a rectangle, has been never used as a maker’s mark for solid silver items, used on silver plated items only. Koninklijke Zilverfabriek Begeer n.v had an auxiliary assay office branch at the factory.
What happened in 1932 with the silver plated tray; accidentally an assayer punched the silver 2nd standard mark, office mark and date letter. After the assayer discovered the mistake; erased/overstruck the assay office mark, made the 2nd standard mark invalid with an overstruck but the assayer left the date letter because the date letter is the responsibility mark of the assayer on duty in 1932.
