Help identify Chamberstick

Hi,
I recently purchased this chamberstick.
It is about 20 cms long and weighs 244 grs.
I think the hallmark would date it from early 18th or late 17th century from the city of Rennes but the Tardy is a bit short in informations on this city.

Hi Louis,

The crowned anchor hallmark (with the fleur de lys on the left, and the hermine symbol on the right) is the charge mark for a "sous fermier" of Saint Malo (1735-1742). The other mark is likely that of a ship with a small letter underneath (though most of it is erased) - a letter date (jurande hallmark) for Saint Malo within the 1735-1742 period.
Saint Malo is an old pirate city on the emerald coast of Brittany, France.

The second photo shows the mastermark. With a close-up photo it is probably possible to identify him.
