HELP! Antique PRE 1800's German Tea pot?

Hi everyone! Im new to this forum and was wondering if you guys can tell me if this is a German teapot.

Where was this made?
When was this made?
WHo was it made by?
Is this Silver?

So your item is made in Berlin, around 1860. The maker is "N", unfortunately not listed (yet). It is silver, at least 12 lot, (75% silver)
