This is the mark of Claude-Isaac Bourgoin working in Paris at 20, cour Neuve-du-Palais. His symbol was a heart pierced with 2 arrows and a star in the middle. Bourgoin registered this mark in September 1779. Still working in 1806, but no date of cessation of activity is given. See Arminjon, v. I, no. 00702, p. 104.
Bourgoin’s career started before the Revolution. See Nocq, v. I, p. 173.
Hope this helps.
