Please help identify

Ik have a white gold ring with the inscription:

The first hallmark is a rectangelar with the right side like this > with the letters GE inside.

The second hallmark contained within the rectangular frame shape outlined hallmark there 's an E followed by a Soviet star with hammer and sickle within the star frame followed by 750.

Can anyone help me to identify this hallmark please?

Hi Maarten.This stamp was used in the Soviet Union from 1958 until 1994. The letter In the left corner - the code Assay Office. "E" - Yerevan.
The first two columns 1953-1994, 3&4 - from 1994.
