French Art Nouveau Napkin Ring Hallmarks

I recently found this beautiful napkin ring in France and it's covered in Hallmarks, but I haven't been able to decipher 1 of them! - Really not my area at all, sorry in advance if it's not even silver!






Any Ideas?
