can anyone help me with this hallmark on a pair of peacock menu holders? thank you

Hi, welcome to the forum, looking at the image of the (hall) mark perhaps not a mark but part of the decoration; the ‘eye’ of a peacock feather.
The blue peacock lives in India and Sri Lanka, while the green peacock is found in Java and Myanmar (Burma) and perhaps the menu holders are made in India / Sri Lanka or in Southeast Asia.
