IDENTIFY MAKER ?

I think that is from 1868 and city maker is Petesburg.
I cant find the mark maker and the assay maker.Any help?

First of all you should show the whole object!
Anyway, yes it is St Petersburg and the assayer ПМ (Latin PM) is Pavel Mihailov 1867-1870. The maker MS is a Finn Mathias Skytt or Skyytinen, 1850-1866(68). He was born 13.7.1820 in Parikkala in Finland. He came to St Petersburg 1839 and became journeyman 1843 and master 1850. He died 23.5.1866. He was an active man, married three times.

3. 1.12. 1859? Albertina Holmqvist

After Skytt's death his widow continued the business to 1868.
