Unclear markings

Hello
Came across this spoon recently and was keen to date it. The city mark is unclear but I am unable to find any record of the maker's mark. Any info would be gratefully received.

Hi Cheeseaddict,

Welcome to the Forum.

Can you post some more images of the mark? Taken from slightly different angles and different lighting.

Anybody any ideas on this please? Is the faint mark to the right of the letter a duty or city stamp? Who might the maker be from the stamp?
