Not Dutch, but Swiss. The mark of Jezler.
They are still active today. If you enter the word 'Jezler' into the forum's search facility in the top right hand corner, you will find several posts regarding this company.

Jezler used this particular mark from about 1895 onwards until not much later than 1910, latest 1920.
This can help dating your piece.
