Confused

Hello everyone, im new to this site, and this is my first post, so please bare with me. i came across 1 that has hallmarks of both British and Russian origin. The Russian marks are as follows : inside an ovate box the numbers 91 which i believe equates to 91 zolotniks , and what appears to me to be the Russian double headed eagle, or maybe even the george and the dragon , both of which i believe indicates Moscow, now here is where i get confused, next to the purity mark are 2 initals, they are blurred but they look like either RP or IP , i researched both of these initals and found that RP was unidentified but worked out of Kiev, and of course the IP is for Julius Rappoport, who i dont think needs any introduction, so if RP is correct, then these marks that i think are for Moscow cant be right because he only worked out of Kiev, there are underneath the goblet more hallmarks, but they are only part hallmarks, 1 is the top half of what looks like the Eagle, below that is something i cannot really make out these hallmarks are tiny ! When i looked up 91 zolotniks, it said it was only used on top quality work and was usually only for export, hence i guess the British hallmarks. The height of this goblet is approx 9.5 cms , the bowl measures 4 cm in diameter. To the body is an agricultural scene, of something akin to barns in 1 panel, and as we turn, there is an image of what i think is wheat, these 2 images are repeated around the main body of the goblet. Iam going to try and upload pictures of this item, but i only have the camera on my iphone, so the images probably wont be brilliant. Well as soon as i work out how to upload pictures i will do my best lol

Im really sorry, thats bout as good as my camera gets, if the pics and info isnt enough than i apologise , ill take it to a recognised expert , again my real apologies.
