Japanese Nickel Silver - no Maker, trying to identify patrn.

Hi All,
I have a piece here that I am trying to identify. It only states "Nickel Silver Japan". I believe it has some age to it, as the mark indicates it was made in Japan before it was required to have "Made In" in front of the country name. Please see the pictures. I appreciate any help that you can give me in identifying this pattern and maker!
