I Am New To The Board And Need Help With A Maker's Mark On A Gold Filled Cane.
The Mark Is: TD&V (TD and V).
Any Help Would Be Appreciated.

The initials don't immediately ring a bell, but it may be worth having a trawl through this topic for a lead:

Sticks, Whips, Canes, Parasols, and Umbrellas

It may also be worthwhile trying to capture a sharper image of the mark.
