help with this crest

Hi I have a large George III solid silver toast rack dating 1811 maker Matthew Boulton it has a crest engraved on the foot, if anyone could help with this crest i would be grateful

Good mowing Mandy,

Monogram does appear to read HEA, let's see it we can identify this crest.

So far the University of Toronto Libraries British Amorial Bindings describes it as:

Creast a panache of five ostrich feathers unidentified. The closest other crest was for Borough, Richard, Sir, 1st Baronet (1756-1837). Three roundrels surmounted by five ostrich feathers.

It's a beginning, hopefully a more knowledgable member can take us further.

Thank you for your help, i have tried searching but got so confused, your information sounds intriguing i love finding out the past history of pieces, this toast rack is a stunner very Georgian and top quality
