What does the Arabic hallmark on this vase say?

The vase design is Persian, the language is Farsi. As you know the 84 stands for 875/10000 parts silver. I don't speak the language myself but you might want to review posts here made by Hada who may have already identified it.

From a browse through of Hada's posts i don't see this particular hallmark but i hope he will return one day soon.
