Christening Beaker

Can someone please help identify this cup. It was given as a Christening present in the Cape Of Good Hope. Are the hallmarks French or pseudo?

Hello,
AJCLB, maker's mark of the silversmith Jacques Louis Berger, 2 rue du Pont de Lodi, Paris.
Actif 1794-1821. Symbol : a chalice.
Second mark (woman's head) : Paris mark of the Association of Silversmiths during the period 1793-1794 (no value as guarantee).
Third mark (a rooster) : Paris Fineness .950 mark for the period 1809-1819.
