Enamelled fish ring hallmark help

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help I have vintage enamelled 18ct gold fish ring which has inside a square box with A76 and underneath 750( for 18ct gold).
I also have what I think is the makers mark which looks like K I X I have no idea what this is.
Can anyone help please
