Old claddagh ring hallmarks. Date?

I am trying to find out what the marks mean on this ring. I was told they were irish makers makes but cant seem to find them anywhere. I am having it repaired because I like it so much. It has 3 stamps and the letter KS (very plainly written) I am hoping it has some irish history as a keepsake.

Thank you Trev for the help on uploading a photo correctly. I am trying to learn about the marks on this ring. I took it in for repair and was told he can fix it but that it is very old and wont be for everyday wear. I am very curious to the history. I am Irish and the ring means alot to me. Besides the three stamps it had a KS in a simple font with nothing arount it.

Any guesses on the age... ? They only ones I see remotely similar are early 1800's. I have spent so many hours looking. Some of the similar ones said Victorian?

The date letter F is for 1991

The only thing else on the ring is a KS. 1991 they sure wore it out lol.
