Punch Bowl - Maker ID and year mark

So I ran across this today:





My questions are, who's the maker? There are several "WC" maker's marks but I find none with this particular cartouche shape. The year is 1892 yes? How desirable an item is this?, as collectible silver goes? It weighs 74.5 troy ounces.

Yes the year is 1892. This WC is William Comyns & Sons, mark registered 1890.
