RH marks colonial? RJC?

RH marks colonial? RJC?

This is a 22 cm spoon, the mark looks like it is out of focus, but it is very deep and is fuzzy looking even with a loupe. In any case it is quite close including the cartouche to that of Richard Humphrey's which you can see on Voss's excellent site.

But the cross bar is missing on the H, it is almost like someone put it on the Front of the first vertical bar.
So the mark almost looks like R-J C.
I hope someone recognizes it.

Nothing like answering your own question. At least someone seems to think it is Humphreys' mark.
