Amédée BACOUEL 22 rue du Bourg-l'Abbé, Paris started 1849 mark is AB and a Bacchus astride a barrel.
An odd choice of a mark for someone making reliquaries. Evidently it is of St. Vincent de Paul whose tomb is in the chapelle of the same name in Paris.

Thanks so much for your response, really helps me out. Indeed it's ironic that an admirer of Bacchus was making reliquaries. Thanks again!
