Help needed for .900 champagne Bucket correction

Hoping someone can help me out with this champagne bucket. For sure its old. North wind faces. Lion heads. The mark is .900 and a shield with JBD as the signature. Any help identifying would be so great. I've been researching for days with no luck. Hoping my links work. Not quite sure I know what Im doing with that.

Stylistically the mark appears Columbian.
