Can someone help me identify these markings?

Postby hernanhr » Sat Mar 15, 2014 11:50 pm

Hello.

Can anyone help me identify the markings from these items? I was told they were all from Russia in the same time period.

Hi Hrh,

Welcome to the Forum.

I'm sure one of our Russian experts will identify your Soviet piece soon, but in the meantime a read of the information contained in this site may be of help.

Hello,

Maker's mark "9ЯК" - Amber Factory, Kaliningrad. 1969.

Maker's mark ".0ЯК" - Amber Factory, Kaliningrad. 1980.

It's very difficult for me to see an inscription in maker's mark. If there ".1ЯК", it's 1981.

Thank you very much for your help. This has been an interesting journey trying to find something about our jewelry. There was no markings on the bracelet, but I would imagine that it would come from that same amber factory. Thanks again, you really helped me a lot

I was just curious, do these marking also identify the gold content? 10K? 14?

Thanks
