Gold Mark Identification Help

Hello.

This was my late Grandmothers emerald and diamond ring which I believe was purchased outside the UK many years ago.

Can anyone help with the identification and interpretation of the gold marks?

Do you know the country of origin and what the other marks may mean?

The only other mark you appear to have is a '5', which may relate to the size. As the ring has no hallmarks it's pretty well impossible to determine the country of origin.

I am going to take it off to my local jewelers for a valuation, so knowing its 14ct will help.
