Need help identifying trademark on silver Asian tea strainer

I'm trying to identify the mark on the base of this silver Asian tea strainer. I cannot photograph what I think are words and numbers because they're heavily hammered and blurry. The only legible trademark is too tiny to photograph so I've drawn it.

My thanks to anyone who can help -

PS: I'm new to this. If the images can't be accessed, I'd appreciate the Moderator or Administrator letting me know - I may need help.

Hello, that is the Russian hallmark introduced in 1958. The letter M is for Moskov. Best wishes, Bahner

Thank You
