I'm going for an extreme longshot & trying to find out maker, pattern & age. Sugar & creamer look to be hand crafted & the "K" is scratched rather than stamped. Thanks

These are spun silver pieces, the "K" is not a maker's mark I know of. They were mass produced sometime between 1930 and today.

As already suggested, a common sugar and creamer that could have been found at almost any jewelry or department store - the 1949 ad below, for a very similar set, is from a west coast jeweler.
