Hi, i have no idea what or who these marks are for/
Please help with mark/maker

Marc Rosenberg in 4 volume Switzerland Bern gives the signature bear in the oval was used in 16 and 17 wieku.Moim do not think it is the subject of this period

In my opinion this signature goldsmith belongs to George Adam Rehfues 1830
and the other is a pseudohallmark.Would it be possible to determine the time when it was created?

Dear Mariuz

I am not so sure what you want to say with your additional post, but I assume you ask for the date. The item from your first post dates from around 1850. Werkstatt Rehfues (Rehfues Workshop) used this combination of marks then.
See the book "Weltliches Silber 2", item no. 65 with exactly the same marks.
The bears head was used in this period by most silversmith in Berne, while the walking bear was rarely used.
Walking bears were common on silver from Berne until around 1820. Later only Pochon and here Rehfues continued to use it.
Keep in mind the coat of arms from Berne:
