I am not so sure what you want to say with your additional post, but I assume you ask for the date. The item from your first post dates from around 1850. Werkstatt Rehfues (Rehfues Workshop) used this combination of marks then.
See the book "Weltliches Silber 2", item no. 65 with exactly the same marks.
The bears head was used in this period by most silversmith in Berne, while the walking bear was rarely used.
Walking bears were common on silver from Berne until around 1820. Later only Pochon and here Rehfues continued to use it.
