Small Ladle - unusual marks - help!

I wonder if someone could assist here, I suspect this mark isnt sterling, it may be imports or even plate, but I cannot find any reference. Can you help.?

That would be one of the marks used by Israel Yudelmann & Sons of Sheffield. It's plated I'm afraid.
