I have one more silver item with mysterious marks.
The item/marks show a lot of wear and so it is somewhat hard to tell what is a mark and what is not. I am including photos of everything that may be relevant. The last photo looks like a left-facing profile of a woman (?).
Any help would be very much appreciated!
