I have been searching on the Internet, however I have not found any information about the goldsmith.
Can anyone identify this mark?

Hello MAriusz!
Your item made in Krakow bitween 1872-1919.
The lion head was the hallmark for small items, fineness 750 in the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Letter E shows the assay office in Krakow.

Your hallmarks is upside down.
Unfortunatly I don't know the maker. Maybe someone from Poland will...
