Brazier from Dordrecht ?

Hi - I have a large silver brazier with a copper insert, which I think may be from Dordrecht. Any help in confirming this and maybe identifying the age and maker would be much appreciated. The brazier is on 3 turned wooden feet and it has a detachable turned wooden handle. There is a detachable copper bowl, presumably for the hot coals. It is 275mm long from end of handle to far edge of the bowl and it is about 95 mm high. The marks are on the base of the bowl and consist of: 1: Crowned flower ? in a shield. 2: Crowned lion rampant in a shield. 3: Small o with crown above. 3: Makers mark GS above a shell or leaf, in a shield with scroll to top. 4: Date letter F. Yes, the flower (rose) in a crowned shield for Dordrecht, the makers mark GS above a scallop for: Govert Steenbeek 1771-1800, date letter F for; 1781. Question; what you call a small o with crown above, is the crown above the small o and in a shield, like the 1807 duty mark:

or could it be a small a in a crowned shield? Like:

If so, it is the Dordrecht redeem and tax-mark of 1795

Hi Oel - thank you as always, for sharing your knowledge. I have posted a photo of the crowned O. I suspect it is the duty mark, however the shield does not have the indentations as shown in your examples. I guess there were a number of variations. Kind regards John

Yes, crowned o duty mark, seen in many variations and we know we do not like to pay duty tax and perhaps a faked duty mark but a very niece piece, let it be.
