The mark appears to be Spanish. In the small oblong box on the top right hand side of the 925 mark, you should find a letter and a number (e.g. M1 = Madrid-1), this will indicate the assay office and may assist with the identification on the maker (GH).

Buenas tardes, viendo las marcas no hay duda que son españolas, del último cuarto del s. XX. Las iniciales me recuerdan a un gran platero madrileño que por la hechura de la pieza pudiera ser de su fabricación Garrido Hermanos, lo que me extraña es que sean marcas hechas con buril y no con punzón. No estoy del todo seguro que sean de este platero pero lo transmito para su investigación.
