Hi and thank you for this fine resource. Any help with date code and mark ID. Possibly an Edinburgh mark but uncertain, date code maybe "C" or "G". Item looks to be circa 1960's or 70's.

Any help much appreciated to verify mark.

I make that 1958/9.

The maker was Douglas John Ewing of Edinburgh.

Sorry but I think it's the stylised 'G' for 1962-63
