Asian Silver & Cloisonne Spoon w markings

This spoon might have some age to it.Where the back of the bowl and handle meet, the piece has stretch marks where it was put together. This has markings all the way down the back of the handle.Anyone know how to read this or what country it came from and when?

The writing along the back of the spoon is definitely Korean. It appears to be a personal inscription or dedication, but I'm not sure exactly what it says. I doubt that the spoon was made in Korea. It might have been made in China, Japan, or even Russia, but those are just wild guesses based upon the design. Sorry I can't be more help.
Good luck!
