Please help identify a piece of artwork

I have a 3" tall golf set (made to scale) & all 14 numbered clubs are removable. I don't know who made it and made from what? silverplate? (85.7g) Markings appear to be "TF", "a whole lion portrait with one leg up", a "shield" with no identifable parts? and an "O". Sorry, I can't load a picture, the site won't let me. Any leads to direct me?
