Cant ID Mark on Gold Ring

I cant ID this symbol on a family gold ring. Took me forever to get that shot - its a tiny mark, cant even really see it with the naked eye.

Should be 10 Karat gold.

Just as a possibility is National Ring & Leather Corporation, Mansfield, Ohio. They registered a mark similar to yours in 1973 for jewelry display resceptacles. The record shows that the mark was first used commercially in 1970. However, this company was in business from at least 1945 and the name implies to me that they once made rings.
