Silver On Copper marks

I just pulled out my grandmother's tea service. I've had it for over 30 years. I believe Gram got it for a wedding gift, so I'd estimate it to be from approximately 1925 or so. My daughter doesn't have any interest in it so I'm looking giving it to my future daughter-in-law. I'd like to identify the maker so she knows what she has. Can anyone help identify these markings?
