Silver binoculars, help needed to date

Ok last question for tonight...

I'm trying to date this beautiful silver binoculars, it's hallmarked for Henry Charles Kerly, online i found one more similar dated 1898. the cartouche around the letter Z does not match up exactly with either 1874,1899 or 1924. so what date is this?
