Help ID Baby Alphabet Cup

This baby cup was given to my daughter by her grandmother. Her grandmoher got it as a child as a gift circa 1930's. I am new to IDing silver. Grandmother does not remember much more about the cup. I am not sure if it is even silver. Please help
