FRENCH HALLMARKS?? LOUIS VUITTON

Hi there, please can someone identify these hallmarks, date and maker?.. they are on a vintage tobacco pipe marked Louis Vuitton, La Routiere, Depose... I'm just assuming that they are French? any help would be gratefully appreciated!!

You have posted the marks upside down, but I doubt turning them around is going to help much. They are certainly not French, probably pseudo hallmarks from an anglophone country. The silver looks like a plated or none silver alloy like nickel silver.

I can't really tell what the marks are, might suggest asking on pipe collector sites, the band may be familiar to some of those folks...
