Hi,

Welcome to the Forum.

I have seen that set of marks before, but to my knowledge, they remain unidentified. The marks are the Gothic letters 'PDT & Co. S'. They are typical of English silver plater's marks with likely origin of Sheffield, due to the final 'S'.

Hopefully another member may have some thoughts.

Trev.
