Sorry but your guess is all wrong.
The marks on your spoon are Finnish not Swedish. Take a closer look at the crown mark. You will notice that it has not three crowns but one crown in a hearth shaped shield. It is the control mark for The Grand Duchy of Finland. The maker F.T. is Fredrik Tiander. L stands for the town mark of Lovisa a small town on the southern coast of Finland. Tiander was active there in 1823-1869. H3 is the Finnish year mark for 1865. The 78 mark is the silver fineness expressed in Russian zolotniks (812,5/1000 or 13 lot). A common expression at that time in Finland. The fineness expressed in promille took place as from 1891 when zolotniks and lots were abandoned.
